Cosmetic Blemishes include: DFL over spray, only partial DFL coverage, Tiger Stripping, Pitting, Flat Spots on Radius', Dents, Gauges/Scratches 
Each part varies on what the blemish is and it is random which blemish you will receive. See images for examples. Some more obvious than others. Only cosmetic, no other defects.
